Refund policy

• Eligibility: Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.Defective or damaged products (notify us within 7 days with photos). We do not accept returns for custom orders, samples, or final sale items.
• Process:1. Email support@mindfulmiragescents.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).2. We’ll provide a return label (shipping costs deducted from refund unless due to our error). 3. Ship back within 7 days.
• Refunds:Processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days of recieving the return. Full refund for product price; original shipping not refunded. Return shipping is your responsibility unless faulty. Exchanges: Available for same or similar items (subject to stock).
• Exceptions: No returns on gift cards, digital downloads, or clearance items. International returns: Contact us for case-by-case approval (your cover costs).
