Dusty Rose & Dry Amber Pure Butter Balm

A muted, powdery rose softened by dry amber and light woods. Elegant without being sweet — more like rose petals left in a sun-warmed room.

What it is: Almost no water. Mostly butters (shea, cocoa, mango-type) plus oils. It sits on skin and melts in with warmth.

•  Serious barrier support. Dry, tight, ashy, or weather-beaten skin needs occlusion — a layer that slows water loss. Butter does that.

•  Overnight repair feel. Elbows, heels, knuckles, postpartum belly, winter legs.

•  Fewer empty ingredients. Water-heavy lotions need more preservative and still feel thin. A balm is mostly the stuff that feeds and seals.

•  Small amount, long wear. One warm pea of balm can cover what a palm of lotion does.

Who it’s for: Very dry or mature skin, Oklahoma winter, anyone who finishes lotion and still feels tight.

How to use: Warm between fingers until it turns glossy, then press in. Best on slightly damp skin or over a drop of oil/glaze if you want extra slip.
